McArthur Machining
I was hired to create a website for a machining company out of Aurora, IL. The owner specifically wanted a a website that would not be too complex. He told me that he really just wanted a website to direct people to who wondered what type of services the company had to offer. The customers who view the site would come in already having a good idea of what they were looking for. The site assists in the business by giving the quick overview that the owner normally had to do when people made cold calls. It also makes business easier by offering an interactive form for customers, ensuring that they include all necessary information. The visual design is clean and "machined" feel. The owner wanted a color scheme that would feel a bit more warm for viewers. With this in mind, I designed the site to have a friendly but still rugged feel.
